There is a big debate over using nuclear weapons in wars.Some people and gowernments are against using them while some others do not.Also every gowernment do whatever they want to win the battle.That means dying of many civil people altough they do nothing.Especially weapons that have the ability of killing a lot of people just in seconds are the real responsibles of that situation.
In history there are some examples of using chemical weapons.For instance, in 1945 U.S.A. used it against Japan, which lead to dying of millions of civils.After that date, a big objection to these weapons started.But some people still think that it is a way of winning a battle.Also Israel used some chemical weapons against Palestine a few months ago.Israelans say that we don't use such illegal weapons but nobody believes them.
Experts still have different opinions about that situation.But it is not moral to use them.Because many civils who aren't involved in war are killed.But now, many governments are trying to have biological or chemical weapons.Altough they all want to have it, they are also object to other countries using it.Because of such situations there are many debates over using these weapons.
Finally I want to give a speech about this.In Davos, Prime Minister of Turkey R. Tayyip Erdoğan said to Simon Peres ' One minüt.One minüt.You have spoken 25 minüt but I have just spoken 10 minüt. You know killing people well.I won't come Davos anymore.'

Hi Sercancan, I understood that very sensible about human rights and I appreciate you because of your topic choice. Your paragraph is very clear and amazing:) But, I couldn't see you concluding sentence and I don't understand the reason of giving Tayyip's speech.Thank you.

And it is a horrible problem which all we have to face as humanbeings. As for how you write essay, I agree with Baygeldi. Your concluding paragraph exists; but it is not distinct and clear. You should have calarified it a bit more. But unlike Baygeldi, I can understand why you wrote that Davos case. I think you wanted to say that we must protest against using nuclear weapons as R.T.E did.
